Development and execution of simulations

Emergency simulations are a key tool for risk management and preparedness for critical situations. At the IEM, we design and execute simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans and the response capabilities of teams. The process includes identifying potential threats, defining objectives, scenarios, and roles, and planning the activity with precision.

During the simulation, a crisis situation is recreated in a controlled environment, allowing participants to test protocols, skills, and coordination. This practice helps identify areas for improvement and strengthens collaboration among teams and institutions. Finally, a detailed analysis of the results generates recommendations for optimizing future preparedness and response to emergencies.
